Ferrytown Fellowship
Our Ferrytown Fellowship is a new inititaitive and will meet on two Wednesday evenings a month from 1st April 2026. It will meet on opposite weeks to our Gatehouse Life Group and will offer a midweek cafe-style service at Creetown Bowling Club, starting at 7 p.m. Please see our Facebook Page and local posters for dates.
All are welcome to join us, whether you are a member of another church or none or are just curious to know more about the Christian faith, regardless of church traditions or labels. In this, we want to follow the example of Jesus who, according to a modern version of John 1:14, “became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighbourhood.”
These will be relaxed and informal occasions to both get to know one-another a wee bit and for worship and Christian teaching. We know that Creetown has a long heritage of faithful Christian discipleship with Kirkmabreck Parish Church and, not forgetting, the long-closed Gospel Hall, and the children's "Tuesday club" which many of you will well-remember! So we feel privileged to be able to come alongside that and hopefully play our own small part in ensuring this amazing legacy lives on! We hope that we can also add something of real Christian life and value to complement all that already happens in Creetown.
